Greenbush was established in 1976 to help schools accomplish more by working together. Formed as Interlocal No. 609 and legally known as Southeast Kansas Education Service Center, Greenbush has all the rights and privileges of a school district except the power to levy taxes.

Their 40-year history has led to relationships with vendors across a range of categories. As your advocate, and member of the AEPA, they can help identify and solicit vendors for your specific needs No membership is needed to take advantage of the cooperative marketplace

Who can utilize the cooperative contract?

K-12’s, colleges / universities, cities, counties and nonprofits can all benefit from cooperative purchasing through Greenbush.

How are the contracts bid?

Greenbush is part of the AEPA (Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies). This membership allows Greenbush to harness the purchasing power of 28 states.  Greenbush contracts are bid nationally through the AEPA and awarded locally by Greenbush.
